Who should rent this size dumpster?
Our dumpsters are perfect for any small or medium clean up/clear out projects! Whether you are a professional contractor, roofer, landscaper or a do-it-yourselfer, our dumpsters are Goldilock’s dream: not too big & not too small. When it comes to affordable pricing and size, our dumpsters are just RIGHT!
What is included in the fee?
Demo Day Dumpster Rental charges an upfront, flat rate fee starting at $350 for the first 7 days of rental. This includes safe and convenient delivery, ground protection, pickup and disposal fees up to 4000 pounds. Payment is due prior to delivery or at the time of delivery. We accept cash or credit cards. A valid credit card MUST be on file for any overage charges that may occur. Additional days are charged out at $10.00/day or if arrangements are made in advance, $60.00/week (7 calendar days).
Where can Demo Day dumpsters be placed?
Our dumpsters can fit in a single parking spot. We aim to set dumpsters in the most efficient and convenient location for your project. Our dumpsters can be placed anywhere our truck can go. Our equipment is modern and well maintained so it will not be an eye sore to your location.
How big are Demo Day Dumpsters?
All of our dumpsters have the same footprint of 12 foot long, 8 foot wide and are anywhere from 3 foot tall to 7 foot tall depending on the dumpsters size. These sizes will save you a lot of trips to the dump!
What if I need the dumpster longer than 7 days?
Sometimes projects take longer than originally expected. Not to worry! Please call ahead if you foresee needing the dumpster longer than previously planned. Additional days are charged out at $10/per day or $60.00 for an additional week (7 days)
Do I need to be present to get a dumpster delivered?
It is not necessary to be on site for dumpster delivery if payment is rendered prior to delivery, a rental agreement is signed by the card holder and the project manager or home owner have agreed upon dumpster drop location with Demo Day staff.
What items are not accepted in Demo Day Dumpsters?
DDDR will never knowingly transport Hazardous or unacceptable waste in our dumpsters. This includes but is not limited to: radioactive, volatile, flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive materials. Asbestos, biohazard, animal carcasses, batteries, tires, appliances, paints and propane tanks. Unacceptable and heavy items such as dirt, rock, concrete, plaster, tiles, shingles and certain types of landscape materials are not permitted with out prior written approval from Demo Day Dumpster Rentals. Customer will be responsible to reimburse Demo Day Dumpsters for each incident requiring cleanup costs and fines incurred from unknowingly transporting and dumping hazardous material. Additionally customer will be assessed a $250 fine and a Daily rental fee ($10 per day) while dumpster is out of service for cleaning or repairs. Appliances placed in dumpsters without prior written approval from Demo Day Dumpster staff will be subject to $120.00 disposal fee. At no time does Demo Day Dumpster Rental assume ownership or responsibility for any material placed in our Dumpsters. Our role is to provide the container and transportation of those items only.
How full may I fill my rented dumpster?
Due to D.O.T. regulations and for safety, we are not able to transport any dumpsters with items extending above the top rim of dumpster sidewall. If all material is not securely and safely loaded below the rim of dumpster sidewall, we will not remove dumpster and you will incur additional daily fees until dumpster is loaded properly by the renter and able to be removed by Demo Day Dumpster staff. Overweight Dumpsters (above 4000 lbs) will be assessed a fee of $0.10 per pound or $55.00 per ton. During winter months snow, ice and debris can freeze inside of dumpster. This is normal and will be taken into account when determining weights.
What are overage charges?
Overage charges are additional fees including and not limited to; additional rental days, overweight loads, over filled dumpsters, damage to dumpsters, acceptance of appliances, items not accepted or hazardous materials as listed above. These fees will be charged to the credit card on file. The homeowner, job site manager, contractor or credit card holder will be notified should overage charges occur.
I’d like to change location of the dumpster within the rental week?
Give us a call and we will schedule a time to move the the dumpster to keep your project moving along smoothly. Only Demo Day Dumpster staff are permitted to relocate the dumpster (fees apply). Moves are limited to current job site only. Any damage to the dumpster due to an unauthorized move will result in a fine and repair fees will apply.
Does Demo Day Dumpster offer long term rentals or rentals outside of city limits?

How soon can I get my project started and have a dumpster on site?
Get your Demo ON! We will gladly get you a dumpster as soon as possible! We ask for 48 hour notice for delivery and removal of the dumpster but will do our best to tend to your needs ASAP pending availability of dumpsters.
